PROTOTYPES is a multi-site, multi-service organization. Our programs are designed to address one or more conditions simultaneously, allowing clients to obtain all the treatment they require from one cohesive healing structure. To enter into a treatment program, an evaluation is done to develop an individualized treatment plan for each client that addresses their unique concerns and determines the most comprehensive and effective course of treatment.

The admission process starts with a face-to-face meeting with one of our Intake Specialists. Each client is asked a series of questions designed to help devise a treatment approach for their specific needs.
