The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for providing overall administrative support to the HR function, including, providing support in functional areas of human resources, which may include recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development and training. Specific duties include: management of payroll, new hires and terminations, databases, and employee files; the Pull Notice Program and CSAT Program Administration; employee file maintenance and audit preparation; employment verifications; LOA paperwork; and other duties as needed under the guidance of the HR Generalist at CPEhr and/or as assigned by Prototypes` Executive Management.

Specific Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for Benefits Administration and benefits billing, including reconciling invoices and ensuring timely submission to Accounts Payable Department
• Manages all aspects of payroll: including coordination of timesheets; calculating time; data entry; garnishments; processing of employee expense reports (mileage, cell phone, etc.); managing changes to benefit deductions, direct deposit, and W-2s; and responding to employee inquiries.
• Organizes and conducts New Hire Orientation, ensuring that all State, Federal and organizational requirements are met; including, overview of benefits, employee handbook, email, data entry into HRIS
• Manages required Sexual Harassment Training; including arranging for training with Prototypes’ trainer for all newly hired supervisors, all supervisors each year; and ensuring all employees receive a copy of the policy on an annual basis.

Responsible for all clinical aspects of all Residential Programs in Pomona. Supervise MSW/MFTI staff collecting hours for licensure and substance abuse counselors on clinical issues.
