Position Title:  Program Director, Pasadena

Responsibilities: 
· Complete administrative and clinical oversight of an adult Full Service Partnership (FSP) Clinic to ensure program and contract compliance

· FSP utilizes a “whatever it takes” team model to provide intensive services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness who have a history of substance abuse, incarcerations, multiple hospitalizations, or homelessness

· Provide clinical supervision to unlicensed staff

· Development of a Clinical Training Program for psychology graduate students

Minimum Qualifications: 
· Must be a licensed psychologist in the state of California for a minimum of 2 years

· Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience

· Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working with population served
