Referred by a loved one, another agency, or through self-admission, clients come to PROTOTYPES seeking safety and shelter.

Women, children, and men coping with mental, physical or emotional hardships are all welcome to receive care at PROTOTYPES. Regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, age or gender, PROTOTYPES works to serve those in need of support, guidance and rehabilitation.

Whether treatment is obtained within the doors of PROTOTYPES or through a referred agency, our primary objective is to ensure that the needs of our communities are addressed.

Currently, our client base consists of both women and men struggling with substance abuse, mental illness, physical and emotional trauma, domestic violence, HIV/AIDS, homelessness and other adversities. All of our programs are focused on the needs of the entire family. Therefore, services are available for children separately or even while their parents are receiving care.
