Prototypes Partners

Prototypes Partners is a group of young professionals who share a commitment to helping the women and children Prototypes serves. The group was founded by Marin Turney, whose visit to Prototypes inspired her to become involved and truly make a difference.

Each year, the members of Prototypes Partners review underfunded activities at Prototypes and vote on which to champion for the year. Through their annual fundraising event, Celebrating Mothers, the Partners have raised more than $90,000 to support the families Prototypes serves. The group also hosts annual networking events and coordinates volunteer days at Prototypes’ program sites.

What does it mean to be a Prototypes Partner?

Partners meet regularly to plan the group’s activities. Each partner is expected to:

  • Play an active role in the group’s annual signature fundraising event and other networking, volunteer and fundraising activities
  • Identify and recruit others who may be interested in becoming a Partner
  • Help Prototypes raise visibility and support through social media or other avenues
